      <description>We are aware of an issue that is affecting printing via email. Items sent via email are not showing to be pulled from the print queue after being sent.

This is currently being investigated to restore the expected level of service. 

Printing from managed devices on campus is working as expected and should be used as a workaround in the meantime. 

Further updates will follow once progress has been made towards a resolution.</description>
